FranConnect, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use the internet systems that we provide. This document describes our policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personally identifiable information for our public-facing website.

IF YOU SUPPLY INFORMATION TO OUR WEBSITE(S), THIS CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT TO THE POLICIES CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT FRANCONNECT, INC. TO COLLECT, STORE, AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY, THEN DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SUCH INFORMATION TO US.

COLLECTION AND USAGE

We only collect and use personally identifiable information from you for the purpose of providing the information and services that you request. We will not sell or rent personally identifiable information that we collect. We do not use personally identifiable information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was originally solicited and collected. Information that we may collect may include domain names, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, e-mail addresses contact information (such as name, address, and telephone numbers) and any other information that you otherwise provide and/or receive through our systems.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Whether you submit information to the website, or are just browsing, we use Cookies just as most other business websites do. Cookies are small temporary files that are stored on an individual’s computer hard drive. They are used to retrieve information that was created by our systems to do things such as:

  • Save user preferences and settings
  • Customize the content for individual users
  • Track session information (for example, determining if you are logged in or have visited before)
  • Facilitate and enhance your interaction with the contents of the website.

We may also use methods such as Google Analytics to track usage of our websites so that we can continue to improve them.

SECURITY

We will use at least industry-standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as “perfect security”, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your personal information. The servers that we use to store personally identifiable information on are kept in secure data center environments.

THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

We may contract with other companies to provide various services to our customers on an outsourced basis rather than performing the services directly. For example, we may contract with a cloud hosting provider to host some or all of the processing and communication services that we provide. By continuing to use our services, you consent to our use of these third-party providers.   IF YOU DO NOT WANT FRANCONNECT, INC. TO COLLECT, STORE, AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION VIA THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, THEN DO NOT USE THE SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE.

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF EMAILS

For any emails that we transmit by automated means such as mail lists, you have the option to opt-out of receiving any further e-mail. You will find a link to this located at the bottom of each email.
